Last week was rough and I was off track a bit. So for this week, I decided that it was time to add some visual aids to keep me accountable. In my bedroom, I’ve posted a large calendar with a checklist. The checklist consists of the following actions, all of which should be occurring almost daily.

 

 

 

 

Water Intake

Diet

Exercise

Stretching

Prayer/Meditation

Vitamins

Additionally, I’ve placed “Post It” notes in various places. Each Post It contains an inspirational or motivational quote. I’ll share some of these quotes in a future post. Some quotes are very convicting, which seems to be what I need to focus on my goals. And most of them are regarding eating habits (which is my biggest challenge).

I’ve trying to be creative and find ways to keep me moving in the right direction. Let’s see if this drives me forward, faster.
