Every pasta dish that I’ve ever eaten has had some sort of sauce or dressing doused on it. Whether a creamy/cheesy sauce, sweet tomato sauce, or a dressing consisting of oil and vinegar. I’ve never thought to try a pasta dish without sauce until today. I used a brown rice pasta, in addition to chicken sausage, broccoli, zucchini, onions, garlic, salt & pepper. Packed with veggies, grains, and lean meats….this dish was sure to fuel the body. This was a very tasty dish. Success in the kitchen!
