Gained 0.8 since last week.
I found myself accepting several weekend invitations to social events. This resulted in me neglecting to track my foods in the electronic food journal. Additionally, I assumably blew my calorie budget for a couple of consecutive days. I worked out for only one day and I had several stressful workdays.
Upcoming Weekly Goals:
- Track all meals in the electronic journal
- Complete 3 Workouts
- Prepare most meals at home. Allowance: 2 meals from a restaurant
- I don’t care how much I lose, I just want to lose something.
